Well you can. Years ago, I decided that giving up sugar and cookies was going to be an impossible goal to maintain consistently so I started the journey tweaking my favorite cookie recipes. I’ve always loved homemade cookies every now and then but I didn’t love how they typically lacked quality nutrition zapping my “get up and go” leaving me in a sugar coma 2 hours later. I knew there had to be a better way and it didn’t have to taste like cardboard. So I created a cookie that maintained the satisfying taste of crunchy nuts, sweet dried cranberries and dark chocolate chips.  I’ve increased the fiber and protein content as well as the healthy fats in order to keep blood sugar levels stable and maximize satiety. What I love about these cookies is that they truly satisfy your sweet tooth and squash the hungries because of all the high-quality ingredients that give your body the quality nutrition it needs.
